Ann Mannering is highly active in industry leadership. At HECA, Ann serves as Co-Chair of the Advocacy Committee and Mentor in the "Members Mentoring Members (MMM)" Program. She is a Professional Member of IECA where she is Founder and Co-Leader of the Hourly IECs Affinity Group (with 140 members and counting!) and Mentor in the "Mentor Match Program." Ann serves on the Admissions Practices Committee and Government Relations Committee of a regional NACAC affiliate. She participates in the Matchlighters Scholars Program and is a member of IECs for Human Rights. At the May 2025 IECA Conference in Detroit, Ann presented together with “dream team” colleagues in the Breakout Session “Onboarding: Methods: Pain Points and Solutions” to a packed room!
